Team Adventure Team Building Adventure activities are designed with your mission in mind to optimize personal potential within the team and organization. We recognise that Vietnam can provide an infinite variety of different experiences which can cater for all levels of experience and ambition, and so we offer a variety of treks and orienteering races from short and relatively easy to longer and more strenuous. Team Workshops The combination of different outdoor exercises enable participants to grow at both the team and individual levels, exploring risk, leadership, communication, problem-solving and coaching. The challenges call upon every member of the team to participate and they present unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth. The programs focus on collaboration and trust. Group Cohesion Group cohesion workshops help the team to build identity with a purpose and goal clarity. Those trust building exercises make it easy for the team to be close together, experience teamwork, focus on similarities among team members (members feel more cohesive when they focus on similarities), put a positive spin on the team performance (teams are more cohesive when they succeed), challenge the team with external pressure and reward for the team performance. Individual Challenge Teams are not only about the team but about your employee's individual's contribution to the team. Individual Challenge activities offer opportunities for learning, exhilarating activities, reflection, physical exertion, risk taking, group cooperation, decision-making, conversation and skill building. Individual Challenge activities are appropriate for groups seeking to grow as individuals and as a team. Rock climbing & abseiling, canyoning, via ferrata, ropes challenge course, cable bridge, etc.
Stress Management Stress Management workshop is an approach used in our Team Building programs to reduce stress, help concentrate and build self confidence of the team members. We propose Qi Cong and Tai Chi Chuan classes. Those ancient Chinese art have been practiced for centuries to promote health and mental balance. The classes are today great stress relief exercises.
